Admission to Junior School

Application Process

We can admit 48 pupils in Year 3.  The application process for a Year 3 place can be complicated and confusing to parents, so we have tried to simplify this below.

During Term 2 of the year previous to the admission of your child, we hold tours of our school for prospective parents who would like to take a look.   These dates are shown below.

Applications for a Year 3 place can be made either on the official application form (JCAF) or on-line.  The Local Authority are encouraging all parents to apply for a Junior School place on line, but for those who wish to apply with a written form, these can be obtained from any Junior School.  A booklet giving these details, together with a list of all Kent primary schools, is also available for parents to view here at the Endowed, again during Term 2, if parents and carers do not have access to the internet.

Those people who wish to apply for a school place on church grounds or any other special reason, would also need to complete a supplementary admissions form, which can also be downloaded from our website (see below).  This form needs to be countersigned by your vicar or priest before returning direct to the school, with any supporting evidence that parents feel is appropriate.

For more information, please see our Admissions Policy which can also be viewed below.  Our Prospectus can also be viewed on our website under the 'Parents' tab.
