Potter Class Work - September 2018 - July 2019

Plantastic!

June 2018

The children of Potter class were given the challenge to create new recycling ideas having been inspired by our Plastic Free July. After an encouraging brainstorming session they came up with “Plantastic!” Plastic milk containers cut in half and recycled as hanging plant pots. The children had lots of fun designing their hanging planters and learning about different plants. We look forward to seeing their creations blossom during the next few weeks.

Previous Work: Panda Class September 2017 - July 2018

Panda Class Exhibition

On Friday, Panda class enjoyed telling their parent and carers about their work this year. We were treated to an afternoon of amazing performances, from violin solos, poetry recitals to a gymnastic display. Every child contributed, showing a piece of work, explaining why they are so proud of this learning. Everyone then had the opportunity to visit various learning stations: science lab, art & design, marvellous maths, book look & the very popular story corner, where the children read their space narratives. A big thank you to everyone who came and supported their child and for your enthusiastic responses to the children's performances and to their work.

Previous Work: Starfish Class September 2016 - July 2017
Starfish Class Exhibition

Parents and Carers enjoyed a musical extravaganza last Friday. There were lots of musical performances including a lovely piano and guitar and a dance performance too.

The children also showed off a piece of work they had created that they were most proud of. It was a lovely afternoon and we hope you had a good time and were as proud as we are of all the hard work they had put in to the exhibition.
