Admission to Secondary School 2023

The application process to apply for a Secondary School place in September 2022, opens on 1 September 2022 and closes at midnight on 31 October 2022. You can apply on line by clicking the link below.

Key Dates for Admission to Secondary School September 2023

When?	What Happens?
8 September 2022	Kent Test (if applicable)
18 October 2022	Kent Test Result - If you registered online you results will be sent to you after 4pm.
31 October 2022	National Closing date for application forms - Midnight
1 March 2022	Offers of school places will be sent to parents via email after 4pm
15 March 2023	Date by which school places should be accepted or declined. If you want your child’s name put on the waiting list for any school you named on the SCAF but were not offered, you should let Kent County Council know by this date.
28 March 2023	If you want to appeal for a place at any school you named on the SCAF but were not offered, you should do so by this date.
