Author Jordan Lee

Year 4 enjoyed a virtual session with the author Jordan Lees on Wednesday 22nd January. It was organised by Waterstones and numerous schools were online. We had the opportunity to listen to why Jordan became a author, what inspired him to write and how he decided to write his latest series: The Whisperwicks. As a child, Jordan loved reading The Hobbit but also spoke about the need to read a variety of genre to be able to develop your writing skills. Jordan spoke about his wonderful illustrator and how he would love to be an illustrator too. It was great to listen to Jordan and be inspired by him to write.
