Girls Football: Herne Bay Competition

On Tuesday afternoon, a team of Year 5 girls went to Herne Bay Juniors for a football tournament against Herne Bay Juniors and two teams from Whitstable Juniors. In the first game, the girls lost narrowly to Herne Bay Juniors 1-0. However, by the second game, they really found their stride and beat Whitstable Juniors Y6 B team 7-0 with hat-tricks for both Bella-Rose and Milla. They then continued with their attacking flair in their final game against Whitstable Juniors Y5 team, winning 4-0. It was an awesome effort by all and they should be very encouraged ahead of next season. Well done.
