Agents of Change - ECO Division

Miss Braid welcomed Chris Cornell, a local councillor, who came in to speak to them about his job. They had a very informative meeting and he discussed with the children if they had any ECO ideas to take back to the Council.

In addition, after a letter from the ECO Division, he brought some litter equipment for them to keep! Thank you!

Children's Mental Health Week
'Find your Brave'

As it has been Children's Mental Health Week we have all been thinking about their theme of 'Find your Brave'. Each of the children were given a start to write about a time when they felt they have been brave or to think abut how we can show bravery in many different ways and what helps us. Below are some of the lovely stars  the children have created.

Safer Internet Day

Our school celebrated Safer Internet Day on Friday 7 February, a few days early because of other events we have next week.

We had a special assembly where we learnt about this year's theme 'Together for a better internet' and Mr Leone talked about our identity on the Internet, being careful what information we share and how protect ourselves.

Attendance

Well done to Hedgehog Class who achieved 100% attendance last week. Last week overall the school achieved 97.9%.
