    Sun 29 Oct 2017

    Fantastic Football!

It has been a brilliant Term 1 for our football teams.

At the end of last term The Endowed Boys & Girls 'A' team took part in the Canterbury & Coastal District Football Competition held at the University of Kent.

Amazing football was played by the girls in their group stage with 3 wins and they didn't concede any goals!

    Endowed 3 v 0 Ethelbert, Endowed 4 v 0 Wickhambreaux,

    Endowed 6 v 0 Hampton

The boys dug in deep and fought hard in their group matches

    Endowed 1 v 0 Wickhambreaux, Endowed 0 v 1 Boughton

    Endowed 0 v 0 Ethelbert, Endowed 4 v 0 St Peter's

With great excitement, both teams qualified for the semi-finals and won their matches and were overjoyed to be heading to the finals!

It was a closely fought battle for the girls, unfortunately Herne Bay Juniors won 1-0. An amazing final for the boys who won against Ospringe Primary School 2-0.

A huge well done to the Endowed Girls who were well deserved runners-up and a massive congratulations to the boys for winning the tournament.

Thank you to all the parents and carers who turned up to support us and a special thank you to Mr Hadlow and Mr Baybutt for their expertise and coaching advice.

    Harvest Festival

    19 October 2017

Many thanks to everyone who came along to our Harvest Festival Service at St Alphege Church today, it was lovely to see so many parents and carers. You were all incredibly generous with your donations for the Food Bank, thank you very much. As well as all the wonderful food you sent in, £98.60 in cash was also donated in the service.

Well done to Upper School staff and children for a lovely service where they talked about sharing. There were some very thoughtful readings and beautifully decorated seed packets the children gave out at the end.
