  Advent Calendar Competition

  Thank you for your wonderful creative entries for our Advent Calendar completion this year and huge congratulations to our winners:

  Christmas Carol Service

  Thank you to everyone who joined us for mulled wine, mince pies and Christmas Carol Concert at St Alphege Church yesterday evening. It was a beautiful service; all our readers did a fantastic job and the school choir sounded lovely in the Church. We hope you all enjoyed it.

   

  PTFA - Thank you!

  A big thank you to the PTFA for all their hard work and dedication in all they do for the school. The Christmas Shop was a grand success and the children enjoyed shopping for their families. The chocolate tombola and Christmas Raffle made an amazing total profit of £1,100.

  Friday 14 December: PTFA Christmas Shop, Chocolate Tombola and Christmas Raffle

  The PTFA elves have been very busy preparing for the  Children's Christmas Shopping Day' tomorrow.

   

  During the day the children will have the lovely experience to purchase presents for all members of the family, with prices ranging from 50p to £2. It would be great if the children came in with a list of who they wish to buy for and a carrier bag to pop their presents in and lots of change!

   

  At 3.15 in the school hall the PTFA will running the very popular Chocolate Tombola and where we will be selling our Christmas Raffle tickets.

   

  We hope the children enjoy this experience and thank you to the PTFA for organising this event.

  The Inn Crowd

  Congratulations to all our wonderful lowers school performers for their festive performance of 'The Inn Crowd'. The narrators did a great job remembering all of their lines and the actors gave brilliant performances; Mary giving birth was very memorable and our singing animals did a great job too.

   

  We hope that all the parents and carers enjoyed the performance and the children have some lovely memories of taking part.

   

  Thank you to all the staff for making this wonderful production we have had some lovely feedback from parents and carers.

• Shaking it up to 2nd place!

  2nd Place for Wake-up and Shake-up

   

  Congratulations to our team of children who competed against other schools in a Wake-up and Shake-up dance competition on Wednesday afternoon and danced their way to a well deserved 2nd Place.

   

  Many thanks to Miss Luckhurst and her team of upper school children who had choreographed a brilliant routine to 'Gold Dust' by DJ Fresh; you might have been lucky enough to catch them performing it at school drop off on Tuesday morning.
