    Open Day Tours

    We are delighted to welcome children and their families to visit our lovely school and see it in action.

     

    Please contact the school office on 01227 273630 to book your place on a tour. Each session will take approximately 1 hour.

    Bend it like Beckham!

    Well done to Bea in Dragonfly Class and Imogen and Milla in Bumblebee Class who all play for Whitstable U9s and had their first league match on
    Sunday. A good time was had by all!

    Cricket Star!

    A huge well done to Isla S in Lacewing has been selected for the U11 Kent Girls cricket squad this year. She has trialled the last couple of years and through continued practice and determination she made it though this year. She will get regular training over the winter with the team and then will be able to play matches for Kent in the summer. Congratulations Isla!

    Agents of Change

    Congratulations to our new Agents of Change

    Our 'Agents of Change' are two children from each class, elected by the pupils, to represent them and discuss issues, bring ideas and solutions to make the world we live in a better place for everyone.

     

    We are sure they will do a fantastic job.

     

    Food Bank Bins

    You may have noticed our new yellow Food bank bin on the decking, which is one of the first jobs our Agents of Change are overseeing. If or when you are able to donate something it would be gratefully received. Canterbury Food bank are asking for particular items at the moment, these are; tinned potatoes, instant mash,
    cuppa soups, long life milk, long life juice, canned ham, tinned fish, instant coffee, rice pudding, beans, soup, nappies sizes 5, 5+, 6, 6+. All toiletries, cleaning sprays and washing up liquid.

  • Parent Drop in Session

    Parent Drop in Session

    Parents and Carers are welcome to drop in between 3.20-3.50pm on
    12 September to meet with your child’s teacher for an informal chat and look around your child’s class. Please don’t worry if you are unable to make it, any timetables or
    information given will be available on the website later next week.
