  • Fantastic Football!

    Fantastic Football!

A huge well done to our new football teams in their first matches this school year.

Our Girls A team got off to a blistering pace, with The Endowed dominating the first half with two great goals by Erin and Lyla. Swalecliffe fought hard in the second half but our defence was solid. A great match with a brilliant result: Endowed 2 – 0 Swalecliffe. Congratulations Erin our ‘Girl of the Match’. Well done girls.

The Boys A team were also on top form as they won 3-0 with goals by Teddy and Connor. Excellent team work by all the boys, particularly Finn M who saved three goals in the final minutes – a well deserved ‘Man of the Match’. Well done boys.

A brilliant start to the football season.

  • Prayer Garden Blessing

    Fri 23 Sep 2016

    Prayer Garden Blessing

We were honoured to welcome the Right Reverend Trevor Willmott, Bishop of  Dover to officially open and bless our new Prayer Garden.

George and Alana our Head boy and girl were joined by some children from each class to give him a tour of our school. The Bishop was very inclusive and asked lots of questions as he looked around and then blessed the garden and the children.

Mrs Gilbert , the RE Council and a team of helpers had worked very hard creating a peaceful, relaxing and spiritual space where children can relax and reflect. We hope the prayer garden is enjoyed by all of our children for many years to come.

    Thank you!

Foundation Property Services have very kindly donated another £200 to our school, which we plan to use for our school fund.

They will donate a further £100 on completion for any properties they sell if the owner specifically requests that Whitstable Endowed School receive the funds. Please pass this information on to any friends or relatives who can also nominate the school, so that we can maximise this opportunity
