    Year 6 Leavers

The time has come for us to say goodbye to our Year 6 children as they move on to Secondary School and the next stage in their lives. Following Endowed tradition every Year 6 child was presented with a bible at their Leavers’ Service on Thursday and the following awards were also given.

The Val Waghorn Award was presented to SOPHIE for her great progression in reading. Well done Sophie!

The Avril Efford Memorial Award was presented to CONNIE and ZAC for their personal development and for embracing the school’s values: Congratulations to you both!

Thank you to Rosie and Will for being such fantastic Vision Ambassadors this year especially during such a difficult time. Well done to our new Vision Ambassadors who we are sure will do an equally brilliant job: EDITH, NOAH P, CLARA, JAMES,
    LILYM-S, CLEO and NOAH Y.

We would like to say a HUGE thank you to the PTFA for funding the lovely Year 6 Leavers hoodies. They have already been wearing them with pride and will be a lovely memory of their time at The Endowed.

    Farewell!

We say a sad goodbye to Mr Leone and Miss Vass today as they both head off to pastures new. We wish you both lots of luck in the future, we are going to miss you.

    Sports Day

Sadly this year we couldn’t hold our Sports Day all together at Whitstable Rec. as we normally do but last Friday we held Sports Day events in class, with children competing against others in their class from different houses. Turner House won for the first time in their History with Auld house as runners-up.

Well done to Miss Braid and Turner House Captains Connie and Archie!

    Escape to the Castle

Our Lords and Ladies in the Lower School enjoyed a fantastic day at Leeds Castle

On Tuesday Lower School went on an exciting trip to Leeds Castle. We had so much fun in an amazing park designed to look like a castle. We all dressed up like the people who lived there over the years. We also explored the castle itself. My favourite room of the castle was the large bedroom which showed how rich they were and even though we got soaked we still had an amazing time. By Arthur Bluebell Class

    Chessington World of Adventures

Upper school had an amazing time at Chessington. We had lots of fun, enjoyed different rides and even the queues moved fast! My favourite was the Kobra, which spins around and then goes up and down too. With each rotation it gets faster and faster; it is exciting, scary, it makes you worried that you're going to fall off, you feel a bit sick but it's great. It was my best ever school trip!
