    Illustration Competition

Children who attend Lighthouse Keeper’s Club were invited by afterschoolclub.net to take part in a competition to illustrate what their perfect pet would look like.

All entries were compiled into creating a book of perfect pets. The book showcases some of our LHKC children’s artwork and fun fact-filled information pages about some awesome animals around the world.

    Netball

The Endowed netball squad visited Whitstable Junior School on Wednesday for a joint training session and to play some friendly games ahead of the start of league matches.

Everyone played really well, putting into practice the skills and tactics they have been developing at club, and they all enjoyed playing in competitive and challenging games. It was lovey to see them coming together as a team and playing for, and with each other. Overall, a really useful end enjoyable session. Thanks to WJS for the invite. The Pink and Blue teams won every game, the green a draw and 2 close losses. Well done everyone, overall MVP: George

    Football

The Girls Football team played Ospringe in their penultimate league fixture of the season on Tuesday. Despite battling hard, they were up against strong opposition and ultimately lost 6-0.

They can all be proud of their efforts and the fact they kept playing until the very end.
